Officially appearing in 1932, it became, with the arrival of paid holidays,<strong> the French people&#8217;s favourite aperitif<\/strong>, a symbol of relaxation and sharing. At Distillerie des Alpes, we have made this heritage our own by infusing it with the soul of our mountains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our Pastis des Alpes<\/strong>, a flagship product of the house for over four decades, combines the dominant flavours of star anise and liquorice with a bouquet of around twenty plants and spices.
