Génépi Citrons Givrés
A frozen, sorbet-like cocktail, fresh and lemony, for a delightfully icy moment.
PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients into a blender, fill with crushed ice up to the same level and blend until you get a smooth, icy texture (if too liquid, add more ice).
Pour into a Margarita glass.
Frost the rim of the glass with coloured sugar and garnish with a mint sprig and a lemon twist.
