Frosted Blueberry Tea
A very light, low-alcohol drink for a relaxed aperitif.
PREPARATION
Prepare cold tea (brew Ceylon or another classic black tea, then let it cool).
In a tumbler, place the basil leaves, fill with ice, pour in the Philibert Blueberry Cream Liqueur and the lemon juice, then top up with the tea.
Variation: the Blueberry Cream Liqueur can be replaced with Philibert Blackcurrant, Blackberry or Peach Cream Liqueur.
