Alpina Bellini
A variation on the famous Italian cocktail in the colours of the Alps. This cocktail was long reserved for romantic couples in love — here is a more regional, accessible version for everyone.
PREPARATION
In a champagne flute, pour the Génépi l’Ancienne, the syrup, and top up with sparkling wine, finishing with the purée, which will gently foam up the wine.
Stir to blend everything together.
Garnish with a flower at the foot of the glass.
