Génépi Sunrise

Everyone knows the Tequila Sunrise, but few know the genuine recipe — here, tequila is replaced with Génépi for a simple, delicious result.

In a tumbler filled with ice, pour the Philibert Génépi and the ginger ale.

Finish with the Philibert Blackcurrant Cream Liqueur, which will settle at the bottom.

Squeeze a lime wedge and drop it into the glass.

Variation: the Blackcurrant Cream Liqueur can be replaced with Philibert Raspberry Cream Liqueur.
