Prune Ultra Violette

A cocktail that's striking both visually and on the palate. The power of the plum is matched by the floral notes of violet — the ultimate aperitif!

INGREDIENTS

15 ml Philibert Violet Cream Liqueur
15 ml Dry Vermouth
30 ml Vodka
20 ml Mirabelle plum brandy
1 dash plum bitters

DIFFICULTY

Medium – 10 minutes

GLASS

Martini glass

PREPARATION

In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients.

Stir to blend everything together. Strain into a pre-chilled Martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist and a candied cherry.

Variation: the Violet Cream Liqueur can be replaced with Philibert Blackberry Cream Liqueur.
