Philibert Pink Spritzer
The union of two hugely popular summer drinks — the spritz and the pink grapefruit rosé — in a more Savoyard version.
PREPARATION
In a wine glass filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients and stir to blend everything together. Garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit and a mint sprig.
Variation: the Pink Grapefruit Cream Liqueur can be replaced with Philibert Peach Cream Liqueur.
