WHITE VERMOUTH
Hot Vermouth Tea
Because Vermouth is also excellent served hot, bringing out its woody, spiced notes, here is a hot drink that's easy to make, ideal for winter evenings.
PREPARATION
Heat the Original Red Vermouth and the orange juice using the steam wand.
Pour into a cup, add the 1883 Cinnamon Syrup and top up with hot water.
Stir.
Garnish with a lemon wedge, cloves and a cinnamon stick.
