White Vermouth
Vermouth de Chambéry – 16,9°
An iconic Alpine specialty, this vermouth was created in Chambéry, Savoy, in 1883. The historic brand bears the name of its founder, Philibert Routin. Based on the original recipe discovered at the distillery, the Vermouth Blanc was put back into production in 2016.
Crafted from a perfect blend of 18 plants, flowers, and spices, macerated for several weeks in wine made from the Jacquère grape, typical of the Savoie region. To achieve the desired balance, French Sauvignon Blanc wine is added.
