Coolers are part of a cool and thirst-quenching family cocktails. Here is a nice example with this minty twist.

Ingredients
5cl Vermouth Routin Dry
1cl White mint liquor
12cl Ginger ale
Lemongrass
Pour all the ingredients in a Tumbler full of ice, finish with Ginger ale.
Cut the lemongrass stick in 2 and use it like a stirrer to diffuse a softly lemongrass flavor.
