COIRON JAUNE

A great classic taken from Harry Craddock's "Savoy Cocktail Book" (1930). Simple and effective, the aromatic roots of Fieldfare and the Coiron liqueur shine beautifully.
PREPARATION
In a mixing glass, pour the Gin and the Coiron Jaune liqueur over ice cubes.
Stir with a bar spoon for 15 to 20 seconds.
Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
