A reimagined version, in the colours of our terroir, of the famous Burgundian drink.
PREPARATION
In a champagne flute, pour the Philibert Génépi, the Philibert Blackcurrant Cream Liqueur, and top up with wine.
Stir to blend everything together.
Variation: the white wine can be replaced with sparkling wine from Savoie.
