Here is a strongly aniseed version of the famous tiki cocktail.
PREPARATION
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
Fill with ice and shake the mixture vigorously.
Strain into an old fashioned glass.
Top up with crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig and flaked almonds.
