In 1249, the Benedictine monk Bénédictus de Nuraie created an elixir of life, a secret recipe passed down through the centuries. Today, Distillerie des Alpes carries on this tradition, using the same plants, the same care and the same respect for the land. We don’t simply make liqueurs: we revive a craft.

A unique craftsmanship

Coiron Jaune is much more than a liqueur: it is a work of art. Each bottle is the result of a meticulous blend of 35 plants, flowers and spices (angelica, verbena, saffron, cardamom, elderflower…), sweetened with honey and aged in casks for an unrivalled aromatic complexity.
