Pastis des Alpes
Aniseed Aperitifs – 45° – 70 cl
The first pastis officially appeared in France in 1932. But it was in the post-war period, with the arrival of paid holidays, that this aniseed drink took on the image of a “holiday drink” and became the French people’s favourite aperitif.
A flagship product of Distillerie des Alpes for over four decades, Pastis des Alpes is a complex, highly aromatic pastis, crafted through maceration and infusion.
The dominant flavours of star anise and liquorice, typical of pastis, are enhanced by an aromatic bouquet of around twenty plants and spices. The subtle notes of Génépi and the woody touch of woundwort give this exceptional pastis its incomparable taste.
