Vermouth Tonic
An easy, light aperitif drink that perfumes and elevates the White Vermouth.
PREPARATION
Pour the Vermouth and the Tonic into a tumbler filled with ice. Add the sprig of thyme, which will act as a stirrer. Add a pink grapefruit wedge.
