La Raphaëlle
Exceptional Spirits – 45°
La Raphaëlle is a herbal liqueur recipe invented in 1865 by the former Brother Raphaël, Hyppolite Bonal.
It is made from more than seventy plants, seeds, flowers, spices and barks. This complex herbal liqueur results from the blending of several alcoholates and elixirs distilled in our copper still by our Master Distiller. It ages in oak vats before bottling.
An exceptional liqueur, it offers ever-renewed and delightful sensations with every tasting.
A botanical bouquet of plants, citrus peels and spices. Lemon balm, hyssop, woundwort, thyme, sage, marjoram, hibiscus and vanilla are some of the notes you may perceive while tasting… The finish reveals fresh ginger, citrus peel and gentian, the signature of this great liqueur. An exceptionally long finish.
