WHITE VERMOUTH
Americano From Alps
During Prohibition, Americans travelling to Europe were very fond of this drink made from Vermouth and Bitter — so much so that it was renamed in their honour. Here is a variation with a more floral bitterness.
PREPARATION
In a tumbler filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients, finishing with the sparkling water.
Stir to blend everything together.
Garnish with a slice of lemon and grapefruit.
