Bianco Tea
A modern, botanical-forward take on traditional mulled wine, ideal at the end of a meal or for a light après-ski.
PREPARATION
Brew the jasmine white tea for a few minutes in just-off-the-boil water.
Pour all the ingredients into a toddy glass and finish with the hot infusion.
Stir to blend everything together.
Garnish with a grapefruit twist and edible flowers.
