VINE PEACH CREAM LIQUEUR
Peach Rickey
Rickeys belong to a classic family of cocktails made with Gin or Bourbon. Here is a modernised variation with peach notes.
PREPARATION
In a tumbler filled with ice, pour in all the ingredients, finishing with the ginger ale.
Stir to blend everything together.
Garnish with a slice of cucumber, a mint sprig and seasonal berries.
Variation: the Peach Cream Liqueur can be replaced with Philibert Pink Grapefruit Cream Liqueur.
