Dry Vermouth
Vermouth de Chambéry – 16.9°
An iconic Alpine speciality, Vermouth was created in Chambéry, in the historic Duchy of Savoy, in 1883. The brand bears the name of its founder, Philibert Routin. For over 130 years, we have carried on his traditional recipes.
Dry Vermouth is made from a perfect blend of 18 plants, flowers and spices, macerated for several weeks in wine made from the Jacquère grape variety, typical of the Savoie region. To achieve the desired balance, French Sauvignon Blanc wine is added.

| Palate: | The lemon and rose linger. Wormwood and rosemary intensify, accompanied by juniper berries and lemongrass. |
| Finish: | Light and elegant. Wormwood lingers while the lemon and rose fade into savoury herbaceous notes. |
