Americano From Alps
"Americano" is a drink served in Italy in 1860. It was called "Milano-Torino" due to the origin of Bitter and sweet Vermouth. During Prohibition, many Americans who travelled to Europe, really enjoyed this drink, and changed the name. Here is a French Alps twist with a flower bitter taste.
Ingredients
3cl Vermouth Routin Rouge
4cl Gentiane liquor
1cl raspberry liquor
6cl soda water
Pour all the ingredients in a Tumbler full of ice and finish with soda water. Stir Well.
Garnish with a lemon slice, an orange slice and a pink grapefruit slice.
