Ingredients

4cl Vermouth Routin Blanc
12cl Tonic water
1 thyme stick
1 pink grapefruit wedge


Pour the Vermouth Routin Blanc and the Tonic in a Tumbler full of ice. Use a thyme stick to stir.
Garnish with a pink grapefruit wedge.
